Helping organizations move from performative to transformative diversity practices

As a speaker, I motivate and inspire people to walk in their purpose, live up to their full potential and succeed despite obstacles. I help women and girls defy odds and overcome obstacles. I help public and private organizations move from performative to transformative diversity and inclusion practices. I help agencies gain and enhance their cultural competency through microaggression workshops. I have delivered keynote speeches with great places such as the YWCA and TRiO and have facilitated workshops for agencies such as Genesy’s works.
